Nagarjuna Construction bags contracts worth Rs 443.50 crore

Hyderabad-based infrastructure major, Nagarjuna Construction Limited (NCCL), has bagged new contracts aggregating Rs 443.50 crore.

These include a Rs 107.70-crore order from the medium irrigation projects circle at Bellampally in Adilabad district of Andhra Pradesh for the Pranahitha-Chevella lift irrigation scheme to be completed in 30 months, and execution of works related to supply of water from Umed Sagar clear water reservoir to 170 villages and one town in Rajasthan valued at Rs 219.10 crore.

NCCL has also bagged an order worth Rs 31.80 crore in Aurangabad for design and construction of the proposed road-over-bridge (ROB) for crossing on Mumbai-Howrah main link of Central Railway near Narendra Nagar in Nagpur to be completed in 18 months, and a Rs 84.90-crore order from the National Institute of Technology, Warangal, for construction of hostel buildings to be completed over a period of 18 months, the company informed the BSE on Tuesday.
