Promoters of Hydrabad-based Nagarjuna Construction Company have increased the stake in the company through investment company belonging to promoters.
AVSR Holdings Pvt. Ltd. recently bought 3,40,0000 equity shares of Rs 2 each of the Nagarjuna Constructions equivalent to 0.148 per cent of companies paid capital through market operation. With this acquisition of share's in the Nagarjuna Construction, AVSR's holding in the company has gone up to 6.28 per cent.
