Nandan Agro in strategic pact with Swiss firm

 Both the companies have decided to set up a 50:50 joint venture company called Spearhead Natural Products Sarl to set up a herbal formulations manufacturing facility in India with an investment of about Rs 15 crore.

 B Jaya Kumar, the director of Nandan Agro, said that the company's strengths in the area of medicinal plantations cultivation and product development would be synerzised with the Swiss company's strengths in manufacturing and marketing of natural products through the joint venture.
