The National Association of Software and Services Companies (Nasscom) and Nasdaq, the US bourse, have entered into a memorandum of understanding to help Indian companies access the US capital markets as well as to pursue other initiatives jointly.
Nasdaq will provide the necessary information and support to members of Nasscom looking to get listed on the Nasdaq, National Association of Software and Services Companies would maintain updated information about Nasdaq and its procedural requirements and disseminate this among its members.
