Nasscom Sees Call Centres Pumping In Rs 1500 Crore

The Indian call centre companies are expected to invest over $325 million in setting up operations in the financial year ending March 31, 2003, predicts the National Association of Software and Service Companies (Nasscom).

The cumulative investments by the call centre companies as of March 31, 2002, was at $ 600 million for the last few years.
