The industry body of software companies in India, Nasscom, annually recognizes the most promising software product companies from India.
Sapience is a productivity audit product that helps IT-ITES employees maintain an objective record of their work done for the company. It serves both on-campus employees as well as the off-campus ones like those working from homes. It helps companies get a real-time visibility into the work of their employees, thus helping them objectively and transparently reward performances during appraisals.
