Natco Pharma's new invention bags European patent

Natco Pharma Limited has announced the grant of a European patent (No 1 221 947) for its invention "" soft gel capsules "" with an innovative drug delivery system.

The patent has been registered in France, Germany and UK. Natco is also registering the patent in Canada, Japan and the US.

The company's invention is expected to provide several opportunities to the company to commercially exploit the invention.
