Media firm NDTV announced it has narrowed consolidated losses to Rs 31 crore at the end of June 2010 compared to the Rs 83 crore it had posted in losses during the corresponding period last year.
Consolidated income from operations declined over 35 per cent to Rs 83.56 crore this financial year from Rs 130.69 crore made a year earlier. The consolidated figures include the financials of NDTV 24x7, NDTV India and NDTV Convergence, among others. The numbers for the quarter are not comparable with the previous period as the company had sold its stake in entertainment channel Imagine to Turner International.
