Nectar to raise $ 100 mn from overseas market

The board of directors of Nectar Lifesciences, which met today, have approved a proposal to raise $ 100 million from overseas market. The company may float GDRs / ADRs / FCCBs in the international market.

The board has also approved a hike in the borrowing limits of the company upto Rs 1,000 crore.
