National Fertilisers Ltd today said Neeru Abrol, Director (Finance), has been given the additional charge of Chairman and Managing Director of the state-owned firm.
"Neeru Abrol, Director (Finance) of the Company has taken over the additional Charge of the post of Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) with effect from August 22," the company said in a filing to the BSE.
Abrol will replace R G Rajan, CMD of RCF, who was given the additional charge of NFL's CMD in January.
Abrol has been Director Finance at the company since 2007. Prior to joining NFL, she was with Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) for 26 years and also held the position of General Manager Finance in the SAIL.
Abrol is a Charted Accountant with 31 year experience.
