Pune-based Neilsoft is planning to invest around Rs 37 crore in the next two-year for its expansion. It has earmarked Rs 18 crore for the city. The company plans to recruit 660 employees, add new service verticals and set up new facilities as it is soon setting up an office in China. |
"We expect to post Rs 40 crore revenue this financial year and increase it to around Rs 100 crore in next two years," said Ketan Bakshi, managing director, Neilsoft. |
The company at present has 440 personnels and it intends to increase the number to 1,000 in the next 24 months.It plans to recruit 660 employees at Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi. Majority of the recruitment will be in Pune. The company handles its major processes from Pune and it will tap the "enormous talent pool available in the city", Bakshi said. |
The company will also look at servicing new verticals from its three centres in Pune. It plans to offer services in shipping building and energy-related segments in the next 24 months, in addition to its existing services in industrial equipment and engineering, automotive and construction. |
It also plans to set up new facilities at the Hinjewadi software park in the city. The new facility will help the company to increase its total space to around 100,000 square feet from the present 85,000 square feet. |
It, however, intends to retain the three existing facilities in Pune.The software major also intends to concentrate on its offices in US, UK, Switzerland and Sweden. |
