New firm to bring Jeff&Kane to India

Future Competency, a skill-sharing organisation launched on Thursday by Shabbir Wahid, former Australian consul-general and trade commissioner to India, and his associate YVS Vinod, a senior business consultant, announced its first initiative ‘Untold secrets of Industry Rockstars Tour’ to bring the masters of the Industry Rockstar System – Jeff Slayter and Kane Minkus – to India.

Jeff&Kane, known as financial gurus, have so far trained over 50,000 entrepreneurs worldwide and have managed close to $100 million of investment capital for investors. Their clientele includes Ariba, Disney, PlayFirst, Universal Sony, 3Ware and Apple Computers.

The multi-city tour, scheduled in January, will see Jeff&Kane interact with the country’s business owners, entrepreneurs, corporations, consultants and practitioners and introduce their Industry Rockstar System at Mumbai (January 21), Pune (January 22), Hyderabad (January 26), Chennai (January 28) and Bangalore (January 29).

 

“The participation fee is Rs 7,000 and we are expecting a reach of 600 participants at each venue. We will be bringing more intellectual talent to India and will also look at ‘exporting’ talent from here,” Wahid told mediapersons here on Wednesday.

The Industry Rockstar System seminar model is a step-by-step formula for entrepreneurs to build their profile, be recognised as a celebrity expert, attract high-paying clients and strategic partners and dominate their market.
