NEWSALERT: EMC appoints new India president

Information infrastructure technology solutions provider EMC has appointed Manoj Chugh as the President of EMC India and SAARC region with effect from 11 August, 2009. Chugh replaces Alok Ohrie, who has resigned from EMC.

Chugh will be responsible for accelerating EMC’s growth in India, strengthening the team, and enhancing EMC’s relationships with partners and alliances in India besides closely working with Sarv Saravanan, who is the leader of EMC's Centre of Excellence based in Bangalore, to expand EMC's products and services capabilities in India.
