The theme posters displayed during the World Economic Forum summit at Davos were conceptualised and designed by the National Institute of Design, the institute faculty said.

“For the first time, the World Economic Forum (WEF) asked National Institute of Design (NID) to conceptualise and develop designs based on the theme global sustainability,” NID Associate Director M P Ranjan said.

Four posters prepared by the NID team have been displayed during an event on sustainable development at the summit held on January 29 in Davos, he said. “The themes were chosen when strict regulatory regime is in the offing for industry due to issues such as global warming and environmental changes,” Ranjan said.
