No change in Bharti Infratel's Q4 net amid merger with Indus Towers

Bharti Infratel’s net profit for the fourth quarter of 2018-19, remained flat at Rs 607.6 crore amid the proposed mergers and acquisitions in the tower business due to consolidation of the telecom industry. The company hopes to finalise its own merger with Indus Towers in the coming months. It’s net profit was Rs 606 crore in the same quarter a year before.
