No proposal for bonus/split: Reliance

Mukesh Ambani-controlled Reliance Industries is not planning to issue bonus shares or splitting shares.

Reliance, in a release issued to the BSE today, said, "At present, there are no such proposals being discussed by the board of directors of the nature stated in some media reports."
