Novartis Q2 net up 27%

Novartis India today reported a 26.75% increase in net profit at Rs 27.53 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2005 as against Rs 21.72 crore in the quarter ended September 30, 2004.

According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today,  total income increased to Rs 156.20 crore in Q2FY06 from Rs 135.04 crore in Q2FY05.
