Tata Teleservices Maharashtra (TTML) today said the open offer to its shareholders by Japanese telecom major NTT DoCoMo has been rescheduled to February 19.
The open offer date was slated for January 8, but had to be deferred as DoCoMo was awaiting market regulator Sebi's approval.
According to the revised schedule, the open offer would close on March 12, TTML said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
In November last year, NTT DoCoMo had said it would launch an open offer for a 20 per cent stake in the listed entity, after it acquired a 26 per cent in Tata Teleservices Ltd for $2.7 billion (Rs 13,070 crore).
