Nuby launches Bisphenol-free range of baby products

US based infant care feeding and teething company Nuby, has launched a new range of Bisphenol A (BPA)-free baby products and plans double its retail presence by 2010 to market its products in India.

BPA is a chemical known to harmful for infants and is even banned in some states of US and Canada.

The price of the products ranges from Rs 160 to Rs 700. The range is available in pharma stores and leading retail outlets across the country.

“We already have presence in 2,200 outlets across the country and plan to reach 5,000 stores by 2010, thereby increasing our revenue by more than double in this segment. We hope to reach our customers through the extensive distribution network and our trusted partners across the country,” Nidhi Khaitan Modi, Executive Director of Radiohms Agencies Limited, licensee distributors of Nuby in Asia said.
