Nucleus Software profit rises two fold to Rs 9 cr

IT services provider Nucleus Software Exports today said its consolidated net profit jumped two fold to Rs 9.88 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2009, over the same period last year.

Income from software products and services declined to Rs 70.75 crore in the latest quarter against Rs 75.45 crore in the same period last fiscal, Nucleus Software said in a filing to the BSE.

On standalone basis, the company has posted a net profit of Rs 15.41 crore in the July-September quarter-- a two-fold jump from Rs 7.23 crore in the same period last year.
