OBC Q3 net rises 27% to Rs 182cr

Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC) today reported 27.2% rise in Q3FY07 net profit at Rs 182.42 crore when compared with Rs 143.42 crore in the corresponding qaurter a year ago.

According to a release issued by the bank the BSE today, total income for the quarter ended December 31, 2006, increased 23%  to Rs 1,446.72 crore from Rs 1176.14 crore reported in the quarter ended December 31, 2005.
