Delhi-based realty player Omaxe has purchased all the shares of Silver Peak Township, Radiance Housing and Properties, Ashray Infrabuild, Aarzoo Technobuild, Hiresh Builders, Bhanu Infrabuild and Abheek Builders.
Accordingly, all these companies have become the wholly owned subsidiaries of Omaxe’s subsidiary Golden Peak Township.
