| Visakhaptanam Urban Development Authority (VUDA) has accepted the bid of Finishing Touch Properties and Developers, a subsidiary of Omaxe, in the auction of bulk land admeasuring 19.53 acres situated at Mathurwada Layout in Visakhapatnam. According to a release issued by Omaxe to the BSE today, the total cost of the said land is Rs 100.58 crore. The New Delhi-based real estate company had raised Rs 577 crore via an IPO in the second quarter ended September 2007. The company reported a net profit of 117 crore for Q2FY08 on total income of Rs 455 crore. |
