The company had reported a net profit of Rs 38.95 crore, in the same quarter last year.
The company's net income also rose by 77 per cent to Rs 425.37 crore in this quarter up from Rs 239.97 crore for the same period last year, said a company release.
"Omnitech's ongoing endeavour to excel in remote infrastructure management and business continuity services has led to enhanced revenues," said Omnitech Infosolutions Managing Director Atul Hemani.
The company is also planning to go the inorganic way to boost up its business, a statement said.
"We hope to scale up our operations in the coming quarters through both organic and inorganic routes," added Hemani.

The company is mainly into business availability services including infrastructure management, application management and performance management services, added the release.
