Opto Circuits gets nod for SEZ near Mysore

Stent and patient monitoring system maker Opto Circuits (India) has received government approval to set up a special economic zone (SEZ) near Mysore.

The company expanded its medical technologies portfolio during the first quarter by acquiring the domestic manufacturing companies Devon Innovations and Ormed Medical Technology.

The companies manufacture products like catheters, stone graspers, stone baskets and dilator sets for different specialized applications.
