Oracle says India top priority; to invest more

Oracle today said India continues to be one of its top priorities and will make additional investments in the country.

The company has also recently opened 17 new outlets of purchase in smaller cities and towns, Krishan Dhawan, MD of Oracle India said.

"We have invested around $2 billion in the country since 2001. India figures prominently in our business operations, and we will continue to invest," he said. India stands in the fourth place in terms of revenue in the company's Asia Pacific revenues.
