Shekhar Dasgupta, managing director, Oracle India, said : "As IT infrastructures become more and more complex with growing demands from business, they are best managed by the people who build them. HP's Outsourcing services and Oracle's On Demand services can allow customers to do just that. The Bank of India outsourced IT infrastructure project is an example of HP's Outsourcing and Oracle's On Demand teams working closely together." |
He added , "We are witnessing increased market opportunities in the FSI and e-government space for such managed services. In the e-government space 'Build-Operate-Own' and 'Build-Operate-Own-Transfer' are gaining acceptance as viable business models with extensive public-private partnerships." |
