Orders on the bail plea filed by Price Waterhouse (PW) auditors — S Gopalakrishnan and Srinivas Talluri — in the Andhra Pradesh High Court have posted for Monday.
The duo have been arrested in January in connection with the financial scam at the Satyam Computer Services and housed at the Chanchalguda central prison.
The lower courts have rejected the bail of the two auditors seven times so far. Consequently, they filed a petition in the High Court. They plead that they were not party to the scam and signed on the certificates provided by the company.
