Pharma firm Ortin Laboratories to said its board has decided to issue 1.5 million convertible warrants on preferential basis to promoters and others at an issue price of Rs 18 per warrant.
It has convened an extra-ordinary general meeting on May 18 for the issue. The company's stock was trading at Rs 17.65, nearly 1.15 per cent down from Friday's close.
