Procter and Gamble Hygiene& Health Care Ltd has reported a 83.71 per cent rise in net profit for the quarter ended 30 June, 2008 to Rs 23.24 crore, compared to Rs 12.65 crore registered in the corresponding quarter last year.
Total income of the company stood at Rs 155.12 crore, up 19.35 per cent from Rs 129.97 crore registered a year ago.
In the same period, the net sales of the company grew by 19.42 per cent to Rs 150.32 crore from Rs 125.88 crore reported in the corresponding period last year.
