Palash partners with Zensar for IT healthcare business

City based Palash Healthcare Systems (PHS), a healthcare IT Solutions company has formed a partnership with IT and BPO services provider company Zensar Technologies  to distribute and implement Palash Health Information Management Platform for healthcare industry in Indian and Middle East market.

PHS is focusing mid sized hospitals having a capacity of 200 beds and polyclinics to sell its product. Zensar’s value proposition and in-depth knowledge of Enterprise applications in various industry verticals including that of the healthcare space was a key factor in the decision to establish this partnership.

Commenting on this partnership, Dinesh Samudra, director and CTO Palash Healthcare Systems said, “PHS has a proven track record in India and Middle East in implementing enterprise IT solutions for healthcare Industry through its existing teams. This partnership with Zensar is targeted towards developing new markets and propositions in key geographies. Zensar’s focus on emerging markets will help us in breaking into these markets in India & Middle East.”

PHS is entering a new phase in product development, with the introduction of our next generation products in  the Healthcare IT Solutions space.

These improvements will further strengthen our competitive advantage and allow us to bring forth an end-to-end capability to large corporates and multi-chain Healthcare Providers who demand high productivity and value from their IT solutions.

The company has formed a joint venture with a company called Health Information Systems in Amman, Jordan. This 50-50 joint venture would be known as ‘Health 3 Operations’ and would primarily focus upon tapping the healthcare segment in Middle East region and the North American countries. Palash under the brand of H3O has launched multilingual (English & Arabic) version of its Healthcare IT Solutions in GCC countries.
