Pan India Food Solutions, a chain of fine dining restaurants, plans to open 15 new outlets across in the next calendar year.
Talking to Business Standard, CEO K S Narayanan said the chain already had presence in seven towns and planned to set its foot in Tier-II towns. “The exposure to the western world due to increased travelling has triggered a demand for Italian cuisine and we are now focusing expansion of our brand ‘Spaghetti Kitchen’. He said it cater only to the premium market and has registered a 20 per cent growth last year.
