Panacea signs in-licensing pact with NRDC

Panacea Biotec has signed an in-licensing agfreement with National Research Development Corporation (NRDC) for  technology to produce and market the foot and mouth disease (FMD) vaccine developed by Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI).

"This collaboration would significantly enhance Panacea Biotec's position in the field of biotechnology. Under the agreement, Panacea Biotec will in-license the technology for the production of FMD vaccine developed by IVRI, through NRDC," Rajesh Jain, joint managing director of Panacea Biotech, said in an official release issued to the BSE today.
