"Mini India as the name suggests will be a unique theme park spread over 50 acres to offer a glimpse of various parts of India like monuments people, attire, culture and cuisine," Kucchal said, adding that the beautifully landscaped theme park will be a prime attraction for tourists visiting the state. |
The project also involves setting up of an exclusive golf academy with 18 hole golf course in collaboration with Bagga's Golf Management Group. The golf course would be the biggest golf course in the state. |
An exclusive cricket academy and swimming pool will add to the sporting features of the project. |
"Food courts, shopping malls and six screen multiplex, swimming pool, restaurants and numerous indoor and outdoor games will add spice to the lifestyle of the residents," he added. |
Another striking feature of the project will be a luxurious international resort hotel, which is being set up in collaboration with Tivoli Garden Resort Hotel. |
This 200 rooms luxurious hotel will be an ultimate destination for both lifestyle and business events. Informing about the other projects, Kucchal said that the company also plans to come up with a farm house scheme, Panscheel Farms, on the Delhi-Sikar road. |
"Under the scheme we have decided to come up with 100 farmhouses of one bigha each. The expected cost of the project is about Rs 100 crore," he said. |
"Besides local buyers, we are also eyeing the overseas investors. Owing to the good image of the state government, Jaipur has become an investors' paradise, specially for the outside investors. Driven by this fact, care is being taken to design the township as per international standards," Kucchal said. |
