Pantaloon Retail Dec sales zoom 90%

Pantaloon Retail today reported a 90% increase in December sales at Rs 163 crore when compared with Rs 86 crore in December 2004.

"Sales of value retailing during the month increased 114% to Rs 107 crore as against Rs 50 crore in December 2004," an official release said today.

Lifestyle retailing increased 55% to Rs 56 crore from Rs 36 crore in December 2004, the release added.
