Pantaloon Retail Oct sales up 147%

Pantaloon Retail (India) today reported a 146.9% increase in October sales at Rs 200 crore as against Rs 81 crore in the same month last year.

Value retailing sales grew 162% to Rs 139 crore in October from Rs 53 crore in October 2004. Lifestyle retailing recorded 125% increase at Rs 63 crore as against Rs 28 crore in the corresponding period last year, an official release said today.
