The Covid-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc across the country. Amit Agarwal, senior vice president and country head at Amazon India sees his role along with his team at the e-commerce giant as a rare chance amid pandemic to solve challenging problems and create meaningful impact on people's daily lives and livelihoods. In an interview with Peerzada Abrar, Agarwal said the Covid-19 pandemic has  provided a structural shift for more customers and small businesses to come online. Regarding players such as Reliance’s JioMart, and Tata Group, which are also now betting big on e-commerce, Agarwal said that the competition is good
