Real estate firm, Parsvnath Developers today said it has received occupation certificate for one of its luxury project 'Parsvnath Panorama' in Greater Noida from Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority.
Parsvnath Panorama has total 246 units with an approximate area of 7 lakh sq ft and is located at Kachnar Estate in Greater Noida.
The project has been designed by the world reputed architect Hafeez Contractor. The structure of 'Parsvnath Panorama' is earthquake resistant.
"Continuing our strategy of faster completion of projects and handing over the possession, we are proud to confirm the receipt of occupation certificate of our luxury project and we shall soon be starting the process of handing over the possession," Parsvnath Developers' Chairman Pradeep Jain said in a statement.
"This is our fifth projected that has been completed in Greater Noida and we are on fast track completion of two more projects. We have realised approximately Rs 122 crore from the Parsvnath Panorama project," Jain said.
"We are developing around 80 million sq feet area on fast track completion out of the total 193.98 million sq ft of saleable area. We have speed up all our projects to complete this 80 million sq feet area on quarter on quarter basis," Jain added.
Shares of Parsvnath Developers lost marginal ground on Wednesday. On the National Stock Exchange (NSE), it closed at Rs 51.90, down 0.29 per cent. The shares have been losing ground in the recent past. In September, it touched a high of Rs 74.73 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
