Parsvnath wins land bid in Greater Noida

Parsvnath Developers has won a bid to develop a commercial project on 18,632 sq. mt land at Sector Delta-II in Greater Noida.

According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, the estimated cost of the project, including land, would be Rs 160 crore.

"The saleable area would be approximately 3.6 lac sq. ft with expected revenue of over Rs 300 crore spread over the next three financial years, which would add to the top line and bottom line," the release added.

The bid was offered by Greater Noida industrial Development Authority.

Parsvnath is developing 23 commercial projects across the country, and has a commercial project, Parsvnath Bibhab Plaza, running successfully in Greater Noida, the release said.
