Pearson TalentLens, provider of assessment solutions and Future Learning, the talent development arm of Future Group, have joined hands to provide robust talent assessment and development solutions to the Indian retail industry.
This initiative aims at addressing the dearth of talent in the multi-brand retail space by focussing on the assessment and development of skills and competencies that are fundamental for ensuring a great customer experience.
The joint offering from Pearson TalentLens and Future Learning will consist of assessments like Versant English Test for India, for spoken english proficiency and SOSIE, a personality instrument.
Both these assessments from Pearson TalentLens will be integrated with some of the key signature programmes of Future Lead, the learning solutions vertical of Future Learning and offered as an end to end solution to retail organisations.
