Peninsula land net jumps 63%

Property developer Peninsula Land has posted a 63.11 per cent jump in its net at Rs 41.97 crore for the quarter ending December 31, 2007 as compared to Rs 25.73 crore it posted during the corresponding quarter last year.
 
However, the company's total revenues went down by 64.44 per cent at Rs 22.37 crore for the third quarter ending December 31, 2007 as compared to Rs 62.91 crore it posted during the corresponding quarter last year.
 
The company's net profit for the nine month ending December 31, 2007 also went down by 33 per cent at Rs 117.44 crore for the December quarter of 2007 as compared to Rs 177.53 crore it posted in the corresponding period last year.
 
Total revenues also went down by 23.32 per cent at Rs 236.67 crore for the nine month ending December 31, 2007 as compared to Rs 308.68 crore it posted in the corresponding quarter last year.
