Pepsico president Nooyi visits India

Indra Nooyi, president and chief financial officer of Pepsico, is in India on a business visit to discuss future direction of the company's India operations.

According to a release issued by Pepsico India, Nooyi will be meeting employees and franchise partners, and will also be visiting key beverage and snacks markets.

Nooyi will meet editorial heads of select media companies in the city on March 29, the release added.

Nooyi is likely to be accompanied by Pepsico senior vice president and general counsel Larry Thompson.
