Plastic products exhibition to be held in Rajasthan in February

The Small Industries Service Institute, Ministry of Small Scale Industries, government of India, Jaipur and the Plastic Manufacturers' Association, Rajasthan, are jointly organising Rajplast Techmart "� 2007 "� a national conference-cum-exhibition on plastic products here from to February 20-22.

The programme is being organised with a view to promote outsourcing of the products being manufactured in the small scale sector and to foster close working relationship among the units working in cluster.

The principal sponsor of this programme is Reliance Industries Ltd and Polywood PVC Profiles and DCM Shriram Consolidated Ltd, are event sponsors.

"Rajplast Tech Mart "� 2007 is an exposition of new generation technologies, entire gamut of sophisticated plastic products, raw materials, plastic processing machinery, ancillary equipments, instrumentation, testing equipments, tooling, etc. This programme is expected to stimulate a dialogue for manufacturing competitiveness and global outsourcing," BD Khandelwal, president, Plastic Manufacturers' Association, Rajasthan said.

He said the three-day exhibition would showcase the latest technological advancement in this field.

The main exhibitors include raw-material (polymers, resins, specialty chemicals, additives, master batches, colorants) manufacturers and duppliers, injection moulding machine suppliers and ancillary equipment manufacturers.
