PNB Gilts today announced its net loss for the fourth quarter ended March 31 at Rs 51.55 crore.
The company had a net loss of Rs 6 crore during the same quarter ended March 2008, PNB Gilts said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The company has posted a loss from operations of Rs 64.52 crore, while it had an income from operations at Rs 32.06 crore in the same quarter previous fiscal.
The board of directors of the company has proposed a final dividend of eight per cent (Rs 0.80 per share, subject to shareholder's approval) for the financial year 2008-09.

The company had a net profit of Rs 10.60 crore for the same quarter ended March 2008, J Kumar Infraprojects said in a filing to the BSE.
Total income of the company rose to Rs 149.67 crore during the quarter under review, as against Rs 99.27 crore in the same quarter previous fiscal.
