Polaris Q2 consolidated net up 104%

Polaris Software Lab today reported a 104% increase in consolidated net profit at Rs 27.10 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2006 when compared with Rs 13.26 crore in Q2FY06.

According to a release issued by the company to the BSE today, total income increased to Rs 253.95 crore from Rs 215.62 crore in Q2FY06.

The company, on a stand-alone basis, posted a net profit of Rs 18.50 crore in Q2FY07 as against Rs 8.10 crore in Q2FY06. Total income increased to Rs 235.43 crore from Rs 176.75 crore in Q2FY06.
