Powerscreen bags $500,000 VSL order

Powerscreen, the UK-based Terex group company which manufactures screening and conveyor systems, has bagged a $500,000 order from VSL of Hospet, Bellary.
 
VSL will deploy the screening and conveyor systems at its iron ore mining areas in Bellary, Karnataka.
 
Malachy Gribben, sales director of Powerscreen said, the company along with Terex Pegson, which offers stationary and tracked crushing equipment, have bagged orders worth $25 million within one year of its operations in India .
 
Terex is targeting fast track infrastructure projects. The company is also eyeing India's future requirements like the demolishing-recycling and domestic waste-recycling sectors and will firm up plans once the country's environment policy is ready, said Terry Hughes, sales manager, Terex-Pegson.
