Praj Industries declares 72% interim dividend

The board of directors of Praj Industries, at its meeting held today, have declared a second interim dividend of 72% for 2004-05.

According to a release issued by Praj to the BSE, the company has fixed May 02, 2005 as record date to fix the entitlement of interim dividend.
