Prasvnath to develop Sai Ashram at Shirdi

Parsvnath Developers has bagged a Rs 90 crore contract to build the Sai Ashram at Shirdi in Maharashtra.

The Delhi-based realty player will construct dormitories, residential blocks and an open air theatre and restaurant block over an area of around one million sq feet.

In a statement issued to the Bombay Stock Exchange today, the company said the project will be initiated this month and completed within 21 months.

Parsvnath is already developing a 3-star hotel at Shirdi over an area of 50,000 sq feet.

Pradeep Jain, chairman, Parsvnath Developers, said the ashram will be handed over to Shirdi Sai Sansthan for ownership, management and further maintenance.
