Pratibha Industries today said that it bagged two orders in the buildings and water segment. The combined value of both the orders amounts to Rs 571 crore.
The company received a project valued at Rs 362 crore from Runwal Homes for the civil and structural work of a residential building in Mumbai. The other project bagged is from Lodha Group, and is valued at Rs 179 crore, for its ‘Casa Rio’ project. This involves the construction of 58 buildings for the integrated township, again located in Mumbai.
In the water segment the company bagged an engineering, procurement and construction contract worth Rs 30 crore from the Urban Improvement Trust in Rajasthan.
