PreMedia Global Inc, a high-end content services KPO firm has raised
growth capital of $4 million from NEA-IndoUS Ventures a US-based venture capital
firm operating in India.
The company said that fresh capital will also be used for integrating its earlier acquisition of GGS Book Services. Kumar Shiralagi will join Premedia's board of directors as NEAIUV's nominee. Premedia is also scouting for acquisitions in Europe,US and India.
